Frequently Asked Questions
Is my use of EliteWorks private?
Yes. EliteWorks is a private self-check workspace for reviewing your own draft. Your document is never added to any shared database, and your reports are never published or sent to anyone — your self-check stays between you and your work.
How reliable is the AI report?
The AI report comes from our own model, measured on papers it never saw (how accurate). Its score is an indicative estimate for your own review before you finalise a document, so you can revise any passages you want to improve.
What happens to my uploaded files?
They stay private to your account, so you can open a document or a report again when you need it. We never sell or share them, and never use them for advertising — remove them from your dashboard whenever you want, or ask us to erase them for good.
What are tokens?
Tokens are the one currency for everything on EliteWorks. Our AI report: 5 free per person, then 50 tokens a report. The Humanizer costs 100 tokens per 1,000 words processed. The Elite Assistant is charged per message at its real cost. Token packs you buy outright never expire. A subscription's monthly allowance carries over for as long as the subscription keeps renewing, and ends when the subscription ends.
