When it applies
- Our report says Ready to submit. Almost ready and Humanize before you submit are not covered.
- You checked before you submitted — on eliteworks.io, or through a link from our team or a partner.
- Your account has a purchase of $5 or more, tokens or a plan, made before the check.
- You submitted the text you checked, in English. Adding a cover page is fine; other changes are not.
- Turnitin's AI score was 20% or more — in its report, or as your instructor told you. "*%" is below 20%. Similarity and other detectors don't count.
- For the $25: the text you checked is exactly what our humanizer gave you on your account.
How to claim
Within 60 days of learning your paper was flagged, email contact@eliteworks.io with:
- the report ID from the bottom of our report (not sure it's ours? Check a report);
- the paper you submitted;
- proof of the flag: the Turnitin AI report, your instructor's message, or a screen recording of your course page.
What happens next
We check your claim against our own record of the check — we don't run your paper through Turnitin — and reply within 3 business days.
- Pro Bundle: added to your account the day we approve, for one month, no renewal. Already on a plan? 2,000 tokens instead. Checked through a partner's link? Tell us the account your purchase is on and we add it there.
- $25: sent within 10 business days, by a method we agree with you by email. We may ask you to confirm your identity (AML & KYC Policy).
Limits
One claim per paper. Per account: one $25 payout, and one free month a month. One person, one account. Proof we can't verify is not accepted; altered or invented proof closes the account.
We may change or end this guarantee; a report keeps the terms of its day. Our results are estimates (Disclaimer, section 2) — how accurate our check is. EliteWorks is not affiliated with Turnitin. Terms of Service apply.
